This complaint Policy explains the privacy included in complaints, as well as rights to make a complaint, how to do so and how we (Voss Renovation and Construction, LLC) shall respond to the complaint.


This complaint policy is for SMS text messaging and usage on our website and other technology related services that we use for clients. Please review our privacy policy and other related policies regarding our website and all other technology related information, including but not limited to SMS text messaging. By using our services you agree to the terms and conditions related to those services.

How is my Privacy protected in a complaint?

Privacy is one of our main priorities. Your information will not be shared with any third party, and only used for internal purposes. Complaints regarding another company or third party may not be able to be resolved depending on the nature of the complaint. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties without your express consent.

To expedite your complaint, Please do not request we contact another person or third party to discuss your complaint. We may need additional consent documents to be signed and authorized on your behalf to do so. Providing contact information for another person or third party is not consent to discuss your complaint with that person.

How will my information be shared?

In Short, Your information will only be shared internally for the purposes of resolving the complaint to our best ability. This may involve team members involved in the complaint. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third party without your express consent.

Can I file a complaint anonymously?

In Short; Yes! You can submit a complaint anonymously. For your utmost privacy, we accept anonymous complaints. However, you will not be updated on your case and it may risk not being able to be resolved if we are unable to gather additional information that may be needed to resolve the problem. Please keep this in mind and do not submit an anonymous complaint if you wisht to be contacted for additional information, or to be updated on the status of the complaint.

Do not use another persons information to submit a complaint. This is strictly prohibited, unless you are acting as a proxy or authorized representative of the person, with their express knowledge and consent.

How will my complaint be resolved?

We will investigate every complaint to its fullest extent to ensure proper rectification. This may include gathering additional information from you, if necessary. if no additional information is necessary, we will finish the investigation and provide a solution at our discretion. We will offer to provide a solution at our discretion to best resolve the complaint. You will receive an acknowledgement email once your complaint is received and entered for processing. Please allow up to 90 Days for a resolution, as the resolution time line. Please allow up to 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends to receive an acknowledgement email. Please be available to receive a call from us as well to discuss the complaint when necessary. Resolution time line shall not start until an acknowledgment email has been sent from us. Resolutions will likely be submitted via email, in response to the email you provided in the complaint. Resolutions may also be provided with the phone number you provided.

Complaints for SMS text messaging may result in removal from our SMS texting. you may also remove yourself by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.

What if I don’t accept a resolution?

We offer resolutions to best solve the complaint, at our discretion. If you do not agree with the resolution, please make a response rejecting the resolution and clearly indicate your wishes for a positive resolution. if the resolution does not affect you, or may affect you in a positive way, at our discretion, we may submit the resolution regardless to best resolve the complaint.

We will work with you to our best ability to resolve your complaint to satisfaction, at our discretion. After a resolution is sent, If you do not respond to our resolution within 30 Days, we reserve the right to enact the resolution without your consent, and assume that the resolution is satisfactorily. You may respond to the resolution verbally, via email/phone or by postal mail. The complaint will be considered satisfactorily resolved, and no further complaints for that specific issue will be accepted. Only one resolution per complaint can be provided.
